Terms of service.
By using Oracle Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Use of the studio is at your own risk. Oracle Studio is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using the space.
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage or excessive cleaning needed will result in additional charges, which we may deduct from your deposit with us. Any excess above the deposit amount will be invoiced to you. Damage to equipment or property will be charged to you at the cost of replacement or repair.
All equipment and props must be returned to their original location and in the same condition as they were found.
Do not wear your shoes around the studio - they should be left at the door. You may wear footwear at the balcony.
No smoking is allowed in the studio except in the balcony. Dispose of your ash in an ashtray or in the bin after smoking, otherwise you may incur additional cleaning fees.
No cooking in the studio without our prior approval (this may activate the smoke alarm).
Pets are only allowed in the studio with prior approval from us. You must clean up after your pets, otherwise you may incur additional cleaning fees.
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
No sale of alcohol or any activity that requires a public entertainment license shall be conducted on the premises. Kindly check the Singapore Police Force website for more information.
No illegal, obscene or immoral activity is allowed in the studio. We have the right to terminate any rental agreements and take any legal action against you in such an event.
All clients must sign the liability waiver before using the studio.
Payment must be made in full before the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed on full payment, on a first-to-pay basis.
Loud music is only allowed after 6pm.
Take all your trash with you when you leave. Any left over trash may result in deduction of your deposit. There is regular rubbish bin beside the cargo lift on the same floor and a rubbish chute beside the coffee shop on the first floor.
The door is on an autolock system. Close the door firmly behind you after leaving.
Any disputes arising out of the use of the studio will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
